Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with a bathroom, separate toilet and the laundry.  The master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, a second queen bedroom and one king or split king singles bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen sink faces the ocean making food preparation a pleasure.  The townhouse can be entered via the lock up garage, which is very welcome when unloading the car on arrival.
